The rich history of Eden family begins with Race View Villas in 1982, a 14 town home unique concept overlooking the famous Race Course Park landmark in Lahore, 1983 brought us another posh society with 14 homes on Syed Maratb Ali road in Gulberg, 1985 we expanded with a 16 luxury homes project on Main Gulberg Road, Liberty Homes in 1986 with twelve town houses near liberty market, venturing further into other parts of Lahore in 1987 with elegant Eden Villas a community of over a hundred town houses near Q- block Model Town Extension, in 1989 a large project Eden Cottages of 277 town houses adjacent to Defense Housing Authority gets underway.

Enhancing our capabilities further to diversify into commercial projects Eden Centre was conceived in 1990 as a first mid-rise six story trend setting project on Jail road, soaring higher with a sixteen story apartments project in 1997 Eden Heights another first of its kind was brought to market as pinnacle of excellence on Jail road standing proudly still as a major landmark in Lahore. In 1995 Eden Avenue a 272 houses project adjacent to Defense Housing Society gave our customers not only a unique community to live in but also proved to be a rewarding investment, with increased demand of this locality Eden Avenue Extension was announced in 1999 with another 212 town houses adjacent to Eden Avenue.

Farm housing was once considered for only the elite, so in 1999 EB brought to you Eden Park a dream farm housing project on 955 kanals of land near Raiwind road, in 2001 a prestigious location caught our eye constituting Eden Canal Villas with 352 luxury villas right on Canal Bank near Thokar Niaz Beg truly a class apart, further down on Main Raiwind road Eden Palace View Villas in 2004 was introduced with 480 houses to embrace the majestic surroundings.
